About The Hike: We'll begin from the restroom meeting area and head down to the beach. This hike takes us along the shore at a moderate pace. For a cardio push, there is the opportunity to ascend and descend each parking access ramp/stairs along the bluff. Tide will be advancing, but with a steady pace we should have time to walk the length of the beach and back. If not, we'll head up a ramp and finish the hike along the walking path. Total length of this hike is approximately 8 miles. This hike allows you to do as much or as little as you like in terms of distance and conditioning.
