Lovers Loop and Grass Mountain (Level 2, 2+)
Details
The Midland School trails are a private trail system opened to the public through the generosity of the school. Permits must be obtained before heading out on the trails. Hikers must fill out a permit and parking pass at the trailheads, where permit boxes are located.
Grass Mountain Trail
Start from the trailhead and hike 2.5 miles until you reach the Grass Mountain peak. On return trip, come back on the same trail for 1.8 miles, turn left to the Lovers trail back to the parking lot.
Lovers Loop
Start from the trailhead and hike 0.8 mile, turn right to the Lovers Loop to the end go back to the parking lot.
