We are doing two different hikes together. First one is Buck Gully Preserve, followed by Corona Beach Walk.

Buck Gully is a natural coastal canyon that opened to the public in 2012 with the installation of four bridges to provide safe public access. The bridges allow exploration of the entire Buck Gully Reserve, and also provide unique vantages and viewing platforms from which to pause and observe the abundant life in and around the stream that runs through the gully year-round.

We will start hiking from the trailhead along the Buck Gully Trail, turn left to the Bobcat Trail, continue on San Joaquin Road, loop back to the Buck Gully Trail then back to the trailhead.

Distance- 5.5 miles
Elevation Gain - 550 ft

After the hike, we will continue to the Corona Del Mar Main Beach. Park near 2900 Ocean Boulevard. We will walk a 3-mile loop including main beach, little Corona Beach stairs and ramps, Newport Jetty, Pirates Cove, and China Cove.

After the beach walk, you are welcome to join us for lunch at Mustard Cafe, Mustard Cafe, 21137 Newport Coast Dr, Newport Beach.
