Meet Time and Location: 5 PM by Ted Parking (contact in advance to locate each other)
OC Parks Summer Concert Series
Thursday nights, 5 p.m. (Event starts at 5 p.m., live music begins at 6 p.m.)
We will gather here to meet for a concert later and talk about hiking travel in OC, out of town on the SoCal mountains, deserts, out of state, etc. and as well as overseas!
Bring your destinations on the bucket list and questions you have to meet with like minded friends!
It’s Summertime, we will have the popular SoCal Peaks and the Sierra Nevada travel are on our topic this morning. Particularly mountains at high elevations over 5K feet or gain from 3-5K ft on a hike as San Jacinto, San Bernardino, Mt Baldy, San Gorgonio, etc. Summer is longer daylight, the trails are free of snow, Springtime on the mountains and sometimes with the view snow cap mountains, it’s best to have a long hike!
DURATION/DISTANCE/ELEVATION: Plan on about 30 minutes to an hour for chatting and meeting with friends.

DRIVING DIRECTION and parking
Parking: Free starting at 5 p.m.
Location: The concert will take place at the northwest end of the park near Ted Craig Shelter. Parking attendants and event signage will direct patrons to the closest available parking.
