What we’re about
We are the neighborhood association of the historic Hillside neighborhood, where the former Helen Hunt Elementary School was built in 1902! We boast a variety of home styles, a mixture of locally-owned and neighborhood businesses, the 190 acre Memorial Park complex & Prospect Lake, and some of the most amazing views of Pikes Peak in the city. Our neighbors are amazing too -- we are the Hillside Heartbeat -- and together we are strengthening our community connections and identifying opportunities to make our community continue to thrive.

Join us for some family and community fun at an exciting fundraiser hosted by HAT. This family-friendly event promises a morning filled with joy, music, games, and community spirit. From 10 am to 1 pm, indulge in a sumptuous brunch featuring pancakes, sausages, eggs (customizable with bell peppers and onions), hashbrowns, and an assortment of pastries. While you savor the flavors, enjoy the chance to win exciting prizes and partake in the silent auction and carnival style games. The little ones can revel in the fun with a Bounce House and Face Painting, while everyone can groove to the live music.
