A 60 minute Yoga Nidra group designed to rest the body, mind & spirit.
Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative meditation practice that mirrors sleep. The goal is to remain aware
as we enter a more receptive state of consciousness, similar to dreaming, and create the opportunity to re-write some of the programs that may be keeping us stuck in negative thought-patterns, addictive behaviors, stress and anxiety.
As the brainwaves slow the whole body relaxes into a state of deep rest where one can gain a more clear connection to their intuition and sense of self.
You can expect a check in and connection with other participants to begin, 45-55 minutes of deep rest and connection with yourself.
