I warmly invite you to offer yourself the most precious gift: a moment to simply be with yourself, exactly as you are right now.
How much time is spent trying to get to know the others, yet we remain completely unknown to ourselves.
Meditation is the path that leads us to know ourselves in a holistic way, to discover that happiness is our own creation. Join me in this inner-journey of self-discovery to become aware of your inner strength and infinite potentials.

This workshop will consist of three main parts:

  1. Significance of Meditation
    We will explore the deep philosophical significance of the meditative practice and its potential impact in our everyday life as it has been transmitted by the Himalayan Masters up to the present day.
  2. Preparatory Practices for meditation
    We will focus on the essential foundations to prepare for meditation, including sitting posture and diaphragmatic breathing.
  3. Practice: gentle Hatha Yoga, relaxation and Guided Meditation
    We will apply these foundations in a gentle and slow Hatha Yoga practice conducted with breath awareness, followed by a relaxation practice and a guided meditation.
