・Meeting Time:
Please arrive about 10 to 15 minutes before the start time. We’ll walk together to the beer garden.

Foreign participants: Free (food and drink costs are extra)
Japanese participants: ¥500 (food and drink costs are extra)
If no foreign participants join, Japanese participants can join for free (food and drink costs not included).

### Organizer profile
Kazu (Kazuaki Kaneda)
After graduating from university, I struggled as a sales representative in my first year.
Until the age of 29, I worked in the food and beverage industry while dedicating myself to basketball. Nearing 30, I resolved to "build a career using English" and resumed studying. Within two years, I achieved a TOEIC score of over 900.
Since then:
- 6 years as an English instructor
- 5 years as a Japanese language teacher
- 7 years as an English guide at a sake brewery
- 6 years promoting Japanese sake and conducting sake tours for international audiences
Through experiences I never imagined before mastering English, I became inspired to support others who have long struggled with the language. This led me to start my career as an English Guide Advisor.
"Once my children grow up, I want to take on new challenges using English."
For those with such aspirations, I provide support to build a solid foundation in English proficiency, develop output skills, and acquire the abilities necessary for English guiding. My program is designed to prepare participants to excel as English guides within three years.
As an active English guide myself, I also continue to share the beauty of Japan—centered around sake—with international audiences.

• Instructed over 250 students in six years at an English conversation school, ranked No. 1 in instructor performance in 2018
• Licensed Tour Conductor
• Certified International Kikisake-shi (Sake Sommelier)
• Authored a book on sake for international audiences

• Hosted over 20 English learning method seminars

### 主催者プロフィール
Kazu（金田憲昭）：英語ガイドアドバイザー
大学卒業後、営業職を1年目で挫折。
29歳まで飲食業に従事し、バスケットに奮闘。30歳を目前に「英語を使って仕事をしよう」と決意し、再勉強。2年でTOEIC900点以上を達成。
その後
・英語講師6年
・日本語教師5年
・日本酒の酒蔵で英語ガイド7年
・日本酒ツアー実施や海外向け日本酒発信活動6年
英語習得前は想像できなかった経験を積む中で、長年英語で悩む方々をサポートしたいと思い、英語ガイドアドバイザーとして活動を開始。
「子どもの手が離れたら、英語を使って新しいことに挑戦したい」
そんな想いを持つ方を対象に、英語力の土台を構築し、アウトプット力や英語ガイドに必要なスキルを習得、3年間で英語ガイドとして活躍できる力を育成するサポートを提供している。
また、自身も現役の英語ガイドとして、日本酒を中心に日本の魅力を海外に伝える活動を続けている。
