🧗‍♀️🌄 Harima Alps Hike & "Floating" Huge-Rock Shrine (14 km) ⛩🧱

★ What's fun? ★

Have you ever heard the Harima Alps? Many of you may not have. It's located in Takasago city, Hyogo, about 1 hour from Osaka by train. A bit off Kobe or Osaka, the Harima Alps is not as well known as Mt Rokko. Yet, I promise this hike is gonna be fun, nonetheless.

The entire trail is 14km long and it takes 5 hours on average. We mostly walk on a mountain ridge with many great scenic spots along the trail. To put this in another way, there is almost zero place to hide ourselves from sunshine. On a bright side, this trail is very good for a spring hike!

Also, we are going to visit so unique a shrine. The shrine's object of worship is the seemingly-floating huge stone, one of so-called "Three Great Miracles of Japan". Let's go and see what it is really like!

Drink & Food.

Proper hiking gears, especially hiking shoes.

Warm clothing and rain gear.

14:30 Mt Takamikura (the highest point in Harima Alps)
