Kristen Wilson-Jones, Chief Technology Strategist, Sutter RD&D and CEO, Innovareus

Kristen is an IT Strategist, Innovator and Leader of Great People that can create and envision what's possible, translate to a plan, put it into action, and manage until it's done.

With over 30 years in "IT", she's worked in various industries, business models and roles. Financial Services, Manufacturing, Global 500 High-Tech, Healthcare, Telecom, and Video Broadcast to name a few. Her career has included nearly every IT role there is: desktop support, system and network administrator, developer/programmer, systems analyst, project/program manager, CIO and CTO. If it's IT related, chances are she'd done it.

Regardless, there is one theme that remains common throughout her career: Innovation. Innovation is in her DNA.

In the latter half of her career she's become passionate about healthcare and innovation in patient care. She believes technology and people can truly make a difference in patient's lives, and she has dedicated all of her time to making innovation a reality in healthcare.

Gil Flamino, Solution Archtiect, Sutter RD&D and VP Engineering and Development, Innovareus

Gil has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare, international telecom and broadband industries including stints with Sutter Health, Adventist Health, Deutsche Telekom, Comcast, and AT&T. Currently with Sutter Health’s Research and Development group he is their Solutions Architect. Beyond work, he, his wife and their 5 kids live in Northern California where he pursues Little League Baseball and Softball coaching with a passion.

Michael Marchant, Systems Integration Manager, UC Davis Medical Center

Michael brings over 20 years of vendor, government, and provider health IT experience. This includes implementing financial modules of the Compucare Affinity Suite (AP/GL/Payroll/Personnel). Michael has worked for Sutter Health in several roles from Analyst to Director, including Senior Manager, Systems Integration, where he successfully managed a team of 36 supporting more than 2000 individual integration's for the Sutter Health Enterprise. At Sutter he also lead the development of a new business line centered on providing hosted software solutions for independent physician practices.

More recently, Michael managed the statewide implementation of a web-based enrollment portal to support the Accountable Care Act's EHR incentive program for California. Michael's responsibliity was to lead a team in the development of a web based enrollment system for providers apply for EHR incentive payments.
