アイデア＆クエスチョンカフェ、略してIQカフェは、人生において大切 なことを話したり、考えたりすることを目標としたインターナショナル な集まりです。アートとは？社会の中の貧しい人をケアするべきか？人 種差別や、性別による不公平さをどう考えるべきか？こう言った質問に ついて話し合うことを通して、私たちが何を信じ、どのように自分の意 見を持つかに自信を持つことができます。
Ideas & Questions Cafe (IQ Cafe) is an international community of people who want to think and discuss about things that matter in life. What is art? Should we care about the poor in society? How should we think about gender inequality & racism? These are the types of questions we want to engage with so we can be confident in what we believe and form our own opinion.

## Engage ideas
Do you find it difficult through the business of life to spend time reflecting about deep things? Have you ever wondered how to find meaning in your life? Have you ever asked why there is suffering in the world or if God exists? It is important to think about the deep things in life and figure out for yourself what you believe. IQ Cafe is a place for you to think critically about things that matter.

私たちは、新しい言語を練習したり、様々な考え方をシェアすることを 目標とした、インターナショナルな集まりです。IQカフェでは、日本語 と英語のディスカッショングループを通して、新しい友達を作ったり、 第二言語で深いトピックについて話すことができます。
## Make Friends
We are an international community who is eager to practice new languages and engage with new perspectives. With English or Japanese discussion groups, at IQ Cafe you can practice discussing deep topics in your second language, and make new friends!

「結婚とは何か？」「結婚を定義できるのは誰か？」「なぜ結婚は美しいのか？」といった問いについて話し合います。

Our first topic will be the meaning of marriage. A speaker will give a 10 minute talk in English which will then be translated to Japanese. You can practice your listening skills during this time. Afterwards, we will have a time of discussion. Discussion questions will be provided in both English and Japanese. Though we may have varying ideas, we will always be very respectful of everyone despite a difference of opinion!
This is a safe place to ask any question!
We will discuss such questions as: "What is marriage?" "Who can define marriage?" "Why is marriage beautiful?"
