Spring Content Girlies Picnic
We’ll meet at 11:00 AM at Ttukseom Hangang Park (Jayang Station 자양역).

Join us for a creative spring picnic where we come together to bond, plan, and create content in a relaxed and inspiring setting 🤍
This meetup is for all the content girlies who want to share ideas, get inspired, and create together. We’ll enjoy a soft spring atmosphere while capturing photos and videos, exchanging tips, and supporting each other creatively.

We’re going for a spring-inspired theme, so feel free to come dressed in pink, white, or bright tones to match the mood 🌸
As a small content mission, we’d love for you to bring a pink or spring-themed snack — something cute and aesthetic we can include in our content.

The hiSeoulies team will also prepare a few content ideas and will be taking some photos and videos during the meetup.

Jessica will be there a little earlier and will post a photo/video in our ig stories (@hiseoulies) with the exact picnic spot shortly before we meet, so you can easily find us!

Picnic Rental

where you can rent just a blanket/table.
And if you’re coming solo, no worries, it’s not necessary to rent a full picnic set with a table and everything. Some of us will already have one, and there will be space to share!
So if you’re coming a bit later, it might be a good idea to first check our picnic spot before renting anything — chances are, you’ll find someone to share a blanket with! Of course, you’re also totally welcome to bring your own blanket from home if that’s easier.
If you’re coming as a small group (2–3), maybe consider renting one full set together 🥰

Food/Snacks
There are also cafés (including Starbucks and Paris Baguette) and multiple convenience stores close by the station and also the picnic spot where you can grab snacks or drinks before joining.

If the weather changes, we may need to reschedule or cancel — we’ll keep you updated.

Time
There’s no structured after-plan. You’re free to leave whenever it feels right for you, or stay a little longer if the energy feels good.

Who This Event Is For
This event is exclusively for women.
We aim to create a safe and comfortable space where women can slow down, connect gently, and feel at ease.

What’s Included
The total contribution is $5 USD (approx. 6000 KRW), processed via PayPal.
Food and Drinks are paid individually at the venue.
Your contribution includes:

• Our regular organization fee of 5$

If you don’t have PayPal, please message one of the hosts via Meetup and we’ll share our Korean bank transfer details with you.
The organization fee helps us cover planning, coordination, communication, and preparation so we can keep creating intentional gatherings for our community 🤍
Payments are non-refundable if you cancel or don’t attend.
If we ever need to cancel the event, you’ll automatically receive a full refund.

Attendance Confirmation
To keep the event well-organized and avoid last-minute empty spots, we’ll send a short check-in message 2 days before the meetup to confirm attendance.
If your plans change, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the spot to someone else.

Photos & Community Moments
During the meetup, we may take a few photos or short videos to share on our Instagram or Meetup page as part of our community story 🤍
If you prefer not to appear in any content, please let the host know before the event begins.
We’ll always try to be mindful of everyone’s wishes. That said, it may not always be possible to completely avoid appearing in group photos.
