Biking & Picnic
We’ll meet at 4:30 PM at Ttukseom Recreation Area/Jayang Station Exit 1.
From there, we’ll start our bike ride along the Han River, cycling together from Ttukseom towards Banpo 🌿
After the ride, we’ll slow down and enjoy a soft sunset picnic by the river, with snacks, fresh air, and easy conversations as the sun goes down 🤍

Bike Rental
There are several bike rental spots nearby where you can easily rent a bike.
If you already have your own bike, feel free to bring it 🥰
We’ll ride at a relaxed pace, so no pressure — this is about enjoying the view and the moment together, not about speed.

Food & Stops
Along the river and near Banpo, there are plenty of convenience stores and cafés where you can grab drinks or snacks during or after the ride.
We’ll also take small breaks if needed, so everyone can feel comfortable throughout the ride.

Weather note:
If the weather changes, we may need to reschedule or cancel — we’ll keep you updated.

Time
There’s no strict end time.
You’re free to leave after the bike ride or stay for the picnic — whatever feels right for you.

Who This Event Is For
This event is exclusively for women.
We aim to create a safe and comfortable space where women can slow down, connect gently, and feel at ease.
Thank you for respecting the intention of this gathering 🍒

What’s Included
The total contribution is $5 USD (approx. 6000 KRW), processed via PayPal.
Food and Drinks are paid individually at the venue.
Your contribution includes:

  • Our regular organization fee of 5$

If you don’t have PayPal, please message one of the hosts via Meetup and we’ll share our Korean bank transfer details with you.
The organization fee helps us cover planning, coordination, communication, and preparation so we can keep creating intentional gatherings for our community 🤍
Payments are non-refundable if you cancel or don’t attend.
If we ever need to cancel the event, you’ll automatically receive a full refund.

Attendance Confirmation
To keep the event well-organized and avoid last-minute empty spots, we’ll send a short check-in message 2 days before the meetup to confirm attendance.
If your plans change, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the spot to someone else.
Thank you for helping us keep our gatherings intentional and fair for everyone 🎀

Cancellation & Refund Policy
hiSeoulies invests significant time in planning and coordinating each event. To keep our gatherings intentional and well-organized, the following refund policy applies:

For events that include third-party services (e.g., classes, workshops, or venue bookings), these costs may be non-refundable once your spot has been confirmed. This will always be clearly stated in the event description.
Cancellation by hiSeoulies:
If hiSeoulies cancels an event, all participants will receive a full refund of all fees paid.

Photos & Community Moments
During the meetup, we may take a few photos or short videos to share on our Instagram or Meetup page as part of our community story 🤍
If you prefer not to appear in any content, please let the host know before the event begins.
We’ll always try to be mindful of everyone’s wishes. That said, it may not always be possible to completely avoid appearing in group photos.

Let’s enjoy a soft spring day together 🌸🎀
