Magical Movie Night

Join us for a cozy and magical Movie Night at Yeminham Haus. ✨🎬🤍
We’ll spend the evening together with a warm, relaxed atmosphere, good drinks, and a movie that we’ll choose together as a group.
Once all attendees are confirmed, we’ll send out a poll so everyone can vote for the movie. The vibe will be magical, cozy, or a little romantic, and perfect for autumn — think soft Halloween energy rather than anything scary. No scary horror, we promise. ♡
We’ll start at 7:00 PM at Yeminham Haus, giving us time to settle in, grab a drink, and get comfortable before the movie starts.

After the Movie
If anyone feels like staying out a little longer, we might also continue the evening together nearby after the movie. ✨
This is completely optional — you’re absolutely welcome to just join us for the movie night. ♡

Women Only Event
This event is exclusively for women. We aim to create a safe and comfortable space where women can connect openly and celebrate together. Thank you for respecting the intention of this gathering.

### Reservation Deposit

The event itself is free.
To help us avoid no-shows and keep the limited spots fair for everyone, we’ll collect a $7 USD/ 10,000 KRW reservation deposit.
The deposit can be used as a drink credit at Yeminham Haus during the event, so it is not an additional event fee.
If you don’t have PayPal, please message one of the hosts via Meetup and we’ll share our Korean bank transfer details with you. As always, the organization fee helps us cover planning, coordination, and reservations so we can keep creating intentional gatherings for our community.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
hiSeoulies invests significant time in planning and coordinating each event. To keep our gatherings intentional and well-organized, the following refund policy applies:

Cancellation by the participant:

• More than 7 days before the event: Full refund of the hiSeoulies organization fee
• 3–7 days before the event: 50% refund of the hiSeoulies organization fee
• Less than 3 days before the event: No refund
• No-show (no prior notice): No refund

For events that include third-party services (e.g., classes, workshops, or venue bookings), these costs may be non-refundable once your spot has been confirmed. This will always be clearly stated in the event description.

Cancellation by hiSeoulies:
If hiSeoulies cancels an event, all participants will receive a full refund of all fees paid.

Attendence Confirmation
To keep the event well-organized and avoid last-minute empty spots, we’ll send a short check-in message 2 days before the meetup to confirm attendance. If your plans change, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the spot to someone else. Thank you for helping us keep our gatherings intentional and fair for everyone 🤍

Photos & Community Moments
During the meetup, we may take a few photos or short videos to share on our Instagram or Meetup page as part of our community story 🤍 If you prefer not to appear in any content, please let the host know before the event begins.
We’ll always try to be mindful of everyone’s wishes. That said, it may not always be possible to completely avoid appearing in group photos.
