The Shively-McClure NRHP district features some of the best examples of high-style late Victorian architecture that is a hallmark of historic Astoria. We'll also see some fine examples of residential Craftsman design that help to create this neighborhood's distinctive appearance.
This is a strenuous walk through several blocks of steep streets uphill from the commercial district. The tour is a loop walk that covers about 10 blocks and will take about 2 hours. Wear good walking shoes!
