Historic Bath: Hot springs, Roman legacies, Royal visitors, the Abbey and more

Details
Join me to explore my home city of Bath! (writes Jane).
Discover how Bath’s three natural hot water springs have influenced every era and aspect of the city’s history.
• Hear the incredible story of the Roman town of Aqua Sulis and its magnificent baths and temples.
• See beautiful Bath Abbey (the Lantern of the West), once the heart of the Medieval town.
• Admire the amazing 18th Century architecture as we walk in the footsteps of the wild and pleasure loving Georgians.
• Learn about Bath’s famous visitors and residents from Queen Elizabeth 1st to Jane Austen, from Beau Nash to William Wilberforce. And occasionally we will leave the beaten track to discover places and stories known only to Bathonians!
I hope to see you there.
