History Enjoyers

History is full of great stories and this group is about telling them.

We meet to explore history through storytelling and discussion. Think of a Mezrab storytelling night mixed with a history documentary, each meetup features one or more speakers sharing a historical story, event, person, idea, or turning point they find fascinating.

Topics can range across places and periods, from ancient empires and scientific breakthroughs to political intrigue, forgotten figures, wars, revolutions, and cultural history. The focus is on bringing history to life and creating interesting conversations.

Anyone can participate: come as a listener, or volunteer to tell a story at a future meetup (just reach out in advance). After each story, we open the floor for questions, discussion, debate, and the occasional historical tangent.
