A group for fanatics of all things historical! My name’s Chris, I’m a former archaeologist, now a filmmaker and photographer and I love nothing more than sharing my passion for history with others. London is one of the greatest cities in the world when it comes to history - when the tide is low you can literally walk on 2000 years of material culture: from the ubiquitous 18th and 19th century clay pipe, to fragments of Roman tiles and Pottery. Every street in London has a story to tell, fascinating buildings hidden away and on top of all that, some of the world’s best museums are here and they’re freeeee!
