Cross Stitch Wood Ornament

If you have been curious about learning to cross stitch, or you would like to try a new take on an old hobby, come out and have some fun with us! In this afternoon workshop, we will go over the basics of how to cross stitch using a wooden ornament form that will guide your stitches and let you focus on the creation of your art.

Once you understand how to get the effect you want from your stitches in this project, you can feel more confident stitching in fabric, or maybe you'll want to try creating your own custom wooden shapes and designs. Either way, in a few hours you can create your own wood and fiber ornament.

All supplies are provided to make the round ornament during class. As a bonus, you get to take home a second blank ornament to make another one as a gift or try out a different pattern.
