This is called Lot N, which is on East side just north of New York Street.

We Kayak leisurely on the Fox River, then park our kayaks along river, staying 10 feet away from shore and listen live at RiverEdge Park.

The seats are free, as no one really owns the island beside you the Taxpayer. The Band is across the water a mere 25 yards away.

After the band ends, we kayak at night back to parking spot. Good idea to have lights on your kayak and maybe a headlamp.
