Hong Kong Blockchain Society Workshops at AWS Summit 2023

The event shall be at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on Tuesday 23 May 2023 from 17:30 to 19:00 HKT for food and drinks while learning about the socioeconomic changes catalysed by compliant blockchain-enabled infrastructures and a briefing session for the 6th International Blockchain Olympiad (IBCOL 2023) that would be held in Amsterdam in November.

The event will feature the following breakout sessions:

ROOM 1:

• Crash Course in Cryptography and Blockchain Technology (20 min)
• Introduction to Launching Blockchain Infrastructure on Cloud featuring AWS (20 min)
• Introduction to Compliant Blockchain featuring ChatGPT (40 min)

ROOM 2:

• International Blockchain Olympiad 2023 Briefing (20 min)
• How to transition from Web2 to Web3: a workshop for (potential) business owners (40 min)
• Introduction to Launching Blockchain Infrastructure on Cloud featuring AWS (20 min)

In addition to these breakout sessions, students may also network with each other as well as working professionals over hors d’oeuvre or tapas and drinks of the alcoholic or nonalcoholic variety.
