1. The purpose of this group is to provide social gathering to young Hongkongers who support freedom, democracy, and rule of law. It helps build up a stable and continuous relationships among the members. It is a private group. New comers need to attend as guests by invitation. **If a member fails to attend once in two months, he or she will lose the membership status.**
2. Registration will open at 10 pm on Monday in the same week as the badminton game and will close at 8pm on Friday before the game.
3. Each game can accommodate up to 26 participants. Additional players will be placed on a waiting list.
4. Once space frees up in the attending list, the first person on the waiting list will be automatically moved up. Make sure you can receive emails from Meetup so you won't miss any updates.
5. Participants on the reserve list from the last game will be automatically added to the attending list for the next game.
6. Each member is allowed to bring a guest. You can add the name of guest on Tuesday after 10pm before the event on Saturday, allowing time for existing members to sign up.
7. £7 for a member in an event and 7.5 for a guest. Payment of fee for is taken monthly after the end of each month to the following account:

If you RSVP and DO NOT attend you will be fined £7, unless you remove your RSVP at least 48hrs before the session start time.
