生活在疫情加上各種限制之下,焦慮,緊張,壓力等成為我們每日面對的感受。以往我們感到有壓力或疲倦, 需要休息時,我們會去享受Spa 或者按摩療程來放鬆自己。你有沒有想過,我們忙碌繃緊的精神也可以一個"Spa"來放鬆一下呢?

我們的 MIND SPA - 就是特別為放鬆身體和精神而設計的一個 「香薰浴」
通過練習輕鬆的瑜伽,冥想和知識分享,我們能夠
- 放下日常生活中積累的負面思想,壓力和憂慮,
- 學習情緒管理,
- 改善身心健康、提升免疫能力,
- 最重要是回到內在,在不同處境中都可以活得快樂、平安。

時間:3月6、13、20、27日(蓬星期日)11:00am – 12:15pm(共4場,參加者可選擇任何場次)

Waves after waves of pandemic situation, anxiety, stress, tensions, frustrations become additional challenges we face and experience daily.
Before the restrictions measures, we treat our body with a nice spa or massage for deep relaxation when we are stressed or tired. Have you ever thought our “busy busy” mind also need a spa to relax too?
Here comes our MIND SPA - a Spa-level relaxation session to keep your mind healthy and calm.
During the session, we will do some fun and relaxing yoga, meditation and knowledge sharing together.

- To let go of negativity thoughts, stress and worries that heap up in our daily life,
- To manage our emotions,
- To improve overall fitness and immunity,
- Most important is to BE with our happiness and inner peace.
