A Free running session of stretching,running and exercises aimed at improving running ability. The meetup gives plenty of opportunity for runners of all abilities to find their potential. Sessions will include lots of variety, concentrating on the benefits of a mixed-pace workout. The main running format will be (apx 5 to 7km)

We're currently have 5 to 10 members attending every week, using our other social media platforms.

Venue

Happy Valley Race Course - Walk 10 mins from Times Square (Causeway Bay, Exit A) and find us outside the Male changing rooms. Bring a lock if you want to use a locker at the changing rooms.

Please Be On Time

Try and get to Times Square MTR around 18:45, then be changed and ready to warm up at 19:00. Circuits will start at 19:15.
