This event is for who want to try something new, conquer the wall, and connect through movement. You don’t need to be sporty — just curious and ready for fun. It is beginer-friendly

I’m Yến, a climbing enthusiast and part of the Vietnam National Climbing Team at SEA Games in 2025 And I’m teaming up with the amazing Julia Minh Thúy, a Yoga Teacher with 5+ years of experience

Together, we’re hosting this event to bring you a space where we can:
- Try a new fitness game
- Meet like-minded people
- Laugh, stretch, climb, and grow together

Agenda Highlights:
- Check-in: Giving the positive words for 3 people in the event
- Climbing Introduction: introduce safety tips, and how the day will flow
- Team Climbing Games: Fun, interactive games on the wall a little friendly competition
- 30 mins Yoga: Gentle stretches and mindful movement to recover after climbing and reconnect with yourself
- Circle talk: reflect and share
