First Session: What to Expect
This opening session is designed as a structured introduction to Ba Duan Jin (Eight Brocades), a classical form of Qi-Gong rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine and is taught as part of the syllabus at the Shaolin Temple in China.
The focus will be on learning the foundations correctly, with clear guidance on posture, breathing, and coordination. No prior experience is required.
