Women's Circle!

Details
It's almost the end-of-the year and if you're anything like us, we're guessing you're craving some YOU-time to pause, let go of any anxiousness or worry, unwind, recharge, and BE before the hustle/bustle of the holidays and New Years.
We all could use a little of that and it's rare we give ourselves the gift of actually creating space for any honoring it.
Don't fret....we've got you!
On December 15th we're hosting our monthly Women's Circle -- where we get together with a small group of like-minded gals and:
✨Create space to honor our progress (big or small!) of 2018
✨Have genuine connection with other like-minded women beyond the typical "how was your day?!" convo we're all ALL too used to
✨Setting feel-good + authentic intentions for ourselves in 2019 that make New Years Resolutions much more fun and easy to actually stick to + enjoy!
✨Prep for navigating the holidays with grace and ease
✨Make friends and gain tons of support and empowerment from a group of truly authentic women
✨And more!
The circle is taking place at Hoboken's premiere yoga studio: Pavana Yoga, on Saturday, December 15th from 2:30 - 5:00 pm.
We have 7 spots left. Secure your spot today, ladylove!
