Tuesday Practice
Nothing like a weekday practice to relax you after a long day.

*ALL NEW PADDDLERS MUST WEAR A LIFE VEST *Speak with a coach about your exprience paddling.

1. Bring more than enough water for a 2 hour practice
2. Wear moisture wicking clothing and slippahs (flip flops) or water shoes.
3. Wear sunscreen and clothing to keep the sun off of you and keep you cool.
4. Come ready to learn and with the Spririt of Aloha. Leave all drama and problems in the car. We're going to have a terrific time on the water de-toxing from the day.
