Saturday Practice

Saturday practice.
Park in the upper parking and then walk down to the boat ramp where the canoes will be located by the tree.
All paddlers assist with taking the canoes of the trailer and assist in rigging the canoes.

*Please get with a coach to sign the waiver if you did not sign before you arrived.
**ALL NEW PADDLERS MUST know how to SWIM & WEAR A LIFE VEST if you are not a strong swimmer.

Items needed:
1. Moisture wicking clothing
2. Slippahs (flip-flops) or water shoes
3. Water -Bring a good size water bottle with you. We want you to stay hydrated.
4. Protective gear to keep the sun off of you and sunblock.
5. We’ll provide a paddle for you
