Texas Rangers Tickets & Dinner for 2!!

Hoffen Foundation Bike Team is raffling many great prizes including 2 Texas Rangers Baseball tickets and dinner package! Raffle tickets are just $1 each!

J Gilligans is offering 10% off all food, $2 domestics/wells, and other drink specials so come early; however, the other stops have great discounts too. Allow plenty of time for
check-in, shopping for Hoffen apparel, meeting other riders, and for the first raffle.

With $10 charitable donation to the Hoffen Foundation you will receive a Hoffen pint/solo cup koozie which will get you special food and drink discounts, and more! Plus, Hoffen Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charity so your
donations are tax deductible. The pub crawl is pay-as-you-go, and bring extra for $1 raffle tickets and a chance to win Dinner & Texas Rangers Baseball Prize Package for 2. We will also have cool merchandise for sale like Hoffen jerseys, bike shorts and after-ride apparel.

We will be taking you on a tour of pub patios around downtown Arlington and the stadium entertainment district - there are several new places as well as old favorites. It's a short distance ride and the last couple pubs are close together in case anyone wants to shorten their ride, or walk.

Don't have a bicycle? If you can't borrow a bike you can still join in the fun by meeting us at the pubs. If you have a pickup truck even better, because you can help if a cyclist cannot continue in case of a malfunction or wants a sag wagon ride back to the start.

FUNDRAISING TIPS FOR BIKE PUB CRAWL

Want a fun, easy way to raise $$ towards your fundraising goal with Hoffen Foundation Bike Team? Here's some quick ways with the upcoming bike pub crawl on April 28 :

1. BRING FRIENDS!Half of their $10 pub crawl donation counts towards your goal!* Bring 4 friends and that's $20! Plus, the more friends, the greater the fun!

2. SELL RAFFLE TICKETS! Raffles include Dinner & Texas Rangers Game Package for 2, gift certificates to DFW area restaurants and other great prizes. Every $1 ticket you sell/buy is $1 towards your goal. You can 1) pick up raffle tickets this week to sell in advance, 2) collect donations in advance and receive raffle tickets for them at the event, or 3) just sell/buy them at the pub crawl. Turn in the raffle donations and the drawing portion of the raffle tickets at the pub crawl. You can start selling tickets immediately until the drawings are over, so get yours now! Call Lynece at 817-938-8747 to get raffle tickets in advance.**

3. BRING A RAFFLE ITEM! Items for cyclists and gift certificates from bicycle shops and outdoor stores make great raffle items, as do other prizes and gift certificates!

4. NOT A PLEDGED MEMBER YET? Pledge today! Your pub crawl donation as well as any other donations you give or earn will be credited to your account. Sign up at any of our events, then go online at http://www.active.com/donate/hoffenbiketeam to create your account and fundraising website, then provide your special website address to your supporters to donate in your name. The website provides information on managing your fundraising and good tips for raising money. Hoffen Bike Team members are requested to raise a minimum of $500 before December 31, 2013. *Hoffen members hosting this bike pub crawl will receive half the credit of the $10 door donation (i.e., $5) for all guests of members. No double counting on donations credits. You can split donations between multiple people but the same dollars cannot be credited to more than one person.

**Winners need not be present if raffle ticket includes name, phone number and email address. Note: if you don't have time to pick up tickets but you have a roll of good unused raffle tickets, you can use them instead.
