Tentative Lake Superior Trip

I'm looking to see how much interest we have in a ride around Lake Superior 2026. Please add any comments, thoughts or Ideas for the ride.
If interested, you can add yourself as an attendee. If we have enough interest, 6 or more riders I will start on the details and will publish the official ride by Spring of 2026.
The route will be about 1,300 miles (2,092 kilometers) to drive around Lake Superior, with an additional 800 miles to get to the starting point and back home. about 2100 miles total.
This scenic road trip travels through the Canadian province of Ontario and the U.S. states of Michigan, Wisconsin, and Minnesota, offering diverse landscapes and attractions.
Tentative dates, 8/1/2026 through 8/9/2026. My plan will be to finish the ride on 8/7, leaving two extra days in case we run into something that may hold us back such as weather or bike problems.
**You will need a passport to travel from the US to Canada**

- I'll be looking for a few volunteers to help plan scenic stops and points of interest.
