Golden Dawn of Houston bi-annual public event: lecture and invocation of Spirit

This event is hosted by the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn and the Rosicrucian Order of Alpha et Omega Houston Temple.
8:00-8:30: Arrivals. Attendees will be greeted at the (side) door, asked to fill out our guest book and provide a (suggested) CASH ONLY 20 dollar donation before being ushered into the common area of the lodge building. You will be given a pamphlet containing: a description of the activities to follow and information that will be included in the lectures of the evening. Once seated we will have snacks and beverages available with a (suggested) 5 dollar CASH ONLY donation per item as well.
8:30-9:00: There will be a short lecture specifically concerning the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn and the Rosicrucian Order of Alpha et Omega, the reformation, how to go about joining, initiation and eventually becoming a local Temple member. Then there will also be a short lecture on the 5th Element of Spirit.
9:00-9:15: all guest will be ushered upstairs in an orderly manner to the main Temple area to be seated
9:15-10:30: There will be a public performance of the Supreme Invoking Ritual of the Pentagram to invoke the forces of the 5th Element of Spirit. This ritual will also include a reciting of the 1st and 2nd Enochian calls along with a public (optional) Eucharist of the 4 Elements.
10:30: This completes the evening and at this time all guests will be ushered out of the Temple space and depart the premises.

Our events are always held at the historic Oddfellows Lodge in the Houston Heights area. The address is 115 E 14th St. Please use the side door to gain entry. Parking is available anywhere on the street.
