Steward ownership and self-organization: company of the future?

For those looking for a fair and sustainable business model, steward ownership could be the answer. In steward-owned companies, the shareholders serve the company and the company's mission. The company itself is the most important stakeholder and the mission is leading. The principles of steward-ownership have been applied for generations and worldwide in small and large companies in all kinds of industries. Steward ownership has been on the rise in recent years.

How can steward ownership and self-organization go hand in hand? What is the added value for entrepreneurs who put both into practice? These are the questions we want to discuss during this meeting with entrepreneurs such as Charlotte van Leeuwen, Violet Swakman and Floris van Elteren (Bord&Stift), Gijsbert Koren (WeAreStewards) and Marlien Sneller and/or a colleague (Squarewise).
