This group is for anyone interested in exploring holistic, wellness, and spiritual practices that support personal growth, healing, and well-being. We host free monthly educational seminars featuring expert practitioners from various fields, including breathwork, mindfulness, energy healing, nutrition, and more. Whether you're new to holistic practices or have years of experience, our events are designed to provide valuable insights, practical tools, and a supportive community.
Our seminars are held at the East Jefferson Hospital at 4200 Houma Blvd, Esplanade 2 Room, Metairie. The group is founded by Dr. Roy Solomon. With decades of experience in metaphysical science and alternative healing, Dr. Solomon established the center to promote accessible holistic education and wellness. Each event offers an opportunity to learn from seasoned professionals, connect with like-minded individuals, and deepen your understanding of mind-body-spirit connections.
