This is a slow and still practice. Restorative Yoga is done with gentle, passive poses supported by props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks. If you do not have props at home, don't worry. We will modify the practice for you to be able to enjoy this rejuvenating practice. Remove your day and worries away. This is a gentle and meditative form of yoga. While you rest into the postures, the instructor will be serenading you with the healing sounds of crystal bowls. Dim the lights in your room, light a candle, and get ready to deeply relax.

Benefits: Opens hips, elongates spine, releases habitual tension, and calms the central nervous system.

Good for: All students, particularly those who need to relieve stress, remove your day, slow down, and relax fully. Also people who have physical limitations, or are recovering from an injury.

This class is suitable to all levels of those who practice yoga. Is is the perfect balance between effort and ease. Beginners and advanced yogis will take delight in this class. This class focuses on alignment, improving strength and flexibility. This class is not intentionally heated, however natural body heat from the practice may occur.
