You’re invited to slow down, tune in, and connect. Join us for Tea, Bites & Vibrations, a monthly gathering that begins with a deeply restorative sound bath and flows into a relaxed social hour with tea and nourishing bites. This is a space to reset your nervous system, sip something soothing, enjoy good company, and let the vibrations carry you back into balance.
This January sound bath is centered on renewal, welcoming the new year, and conscious manifestation. We’ll begin with a foot bowl ritual to ground and cleanse your energy, followed by a short guided meditation to open the senses and set intentional focus. As you rest, you’ll be immersed in sound bowls, rhythmic drumming, and Reiki energy, supporting release of the old, activation of fresh intentions, and alignment with what you’re calling in for the year ahead.
