Beginning January 4th, we’re opening the Sunday Threshold—a weekly morning meditation series designed to help you gently close one week and consciously enter the next. Each session offers space to release stress, regulate the nervous system, and refocus your energy on what you want to cultivate in the days ahead.

Each week features a new theme, keeping the practice fresh, intuitive, and aligned with the season. This is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and cross the threshold with awareness rather than momentum.
