Welcome to the Holistic Healing Community Central Valley MeetUp, we are at the nexus of health, wellness, holistic healing and personal transformation in the central valley of California. Our monthly Health Education Series is an opportunity for folks to get together, introduce themselves and their healing modality or business, learn about the holistic resources in the central valley. Lets learn about, support and collaborate with each other. We invite you to bring your business cards, brochures and flyers! The events listed include: sound healing, breathwork, Reiki, yoga, drumming, meditation, mindfulness practices, herbology, aromatherapy, nutrition, flower essences, massage, shamanism, hypnotherapy, psychological counseling, somatic experiencing, coaching, and so much more.

Each of us carries stories, patterns, and emotions shaped by our past—some conscious, some hidden in the shadows. These parts of ourselves are not “wrong” or broken; they are often the places where our deepest wisdom and strength reside.
In this sacred Women’s Circle, we gently explore the Shadow Self—the parts of us formed through pain, conditioning, survival, and unmet needs. Rather than pushing these aspects away, we will meet them with compassion, curiosity, and respect.
Together, we will:
Explore what “shadow” truly means in a safe, non-judgmental way.
Identify old patterns or beliefs that may be keeping us stuck.
Release shame and self-criticism with gentleness and understanding
Reclaim personal power. wholeness, and self-acceptance
Experience the healing that comes from being seen and witnessed in circle.
This is not about reliving trauma or fixing ourselves.
This is about listening, softening, and freeing ourselves from old chains that no longer serve who we are becoming.
No experience is necessary. Come exactly as you are—tender, curious, strong, uncertain, whole.

Occasionally, women experience deep emotional, psychological and physiological release. It is our quest to provide a safe space for spiritual healing and transformation.

As we welcome the Lunar New Year and step into the bold, transformative energy of the Year of the Fire Horse, we gather in sacred circle to honor Kuan Yin, Goddess of Compassion, Mercy, and Divine Feminine power.
This evening shifts from gentle remembrance into embodied activation.
Together, we will ignite the Fire of Kuan Yin — the sacred flame of compassion that does not diminish power, but fuels it. The Fire Horse calls us forward with courage, momentum, and unapologetic authenticity. Kuan Yin teaches us that compassion can be fierce, protective, and transformative.
This Women’s Circle will include:
A brief teaching on Kuan Yin and the Fire Horse energy.
Ceremony to awaken the sacred feminine flame within.
