Women's Circle: In Her Shoes, Perspective, Empathy, Connection
Details
Women's Circle: Her Shoes: A Women’s Circle on Perspective, Story & Connection.
How often do we really know what’s going on beneath the surface of someone else’s life?
For this Women’s Circle, Carli Williams of Mosaic — Experience Intentionally will guide us through In Her Shoes, an interactive evening about stepping outside of our own perspective, getting curious about one another, and making space for the stories we don’t always get to hear.
We’ll begin by stepping into the world of another woman and exploring what her life might look and feel like beyond what’s immediately visible. From there, we’ll turn toward one another, sharing pieces of our own stories, getting to know the women in the room a little more deeply, and reflecting on the things we wish others understood or knew about us.
This isn’t about having the “right” answer about someone else. It’s about noticing how much we may not know, listening with more curiosity, and remembering that every woman we meet is carrying a whole story.
Expect thoughtful small-group conversation, gentle reflection, partner sharing, and time together as a circle.
You’ll have the chance to:
❤️explore perspectives different from your own
get to know other women beyond the surface
share pieces of your own story
🪞reflect on what you wish others understood about you
🥰 listen without fixing, advising, or assuming
leave with a fuller heart and a new way of looking at the women around you
My hope is that we leave feeling a little more connected to one another, a little more seen ourselves, and a little more curious about the stories we haven’t yet heard.
Led by Carli Williams of Mosaic — Experience Intentionally

🏵️ Women's Circle Mission Statement: We are a sacred community of women, united in our commitment to support, empower, and nurture one another on our personal journeys of growth, healing, and transformation. Our circle is a sanctuary—a safe, welcoming space where women can gather to share their thoughts, feelings, experiences, challenges, and triumphs without judgment.
🌸 Through our sisterhood, we offer deep listening and heartfelt connection, creating a nurturing environment where each woman can explore her truth and be seen, heard, and valued. We hold space for personal and collective healing, embracing each woman's unique path and honoring the wisdom she carries.
🌼Together, we uplift and inspire each other as we walk the path of "soul work," encouraging authenticity, self-discovery, and self-love. As a sacred cheering squad, we stand in full support of one another’s illumination, personal growth, and well-being, fostering a community rooted in compassion, empowerment, and spiritual connection.
🥀We believe in the power of sisterhood, where women rise together—strengthened by shared vulnerability, wisdom, and love—transforming ourselves and the world around us.
🌻COVID-19, RSV, Flu Precautions: If you have fever, cough, aches, please consider staying home to rest. There will always be more opportunities. You may choose to wear a mask, we have several here for you to share.
🪻Children: We ask that you do not bring children to circle. At times, the nature of our discussions are very personal, graphic and are adult in nature. Occasionally, women experience deep emotional, psychological and physiological release. It is our quest to provide a safe space for spiritual healing and transformation.
