Sunset Walking Meditation & Yin Yoga Hike on Mont Royal 🧘‍♀️🌅

Join me for a rejuvenating evening of hiking, Meditation + Yin Yoga, and sunset views on Mont Royal!

This spontaneous meeting is created because of a goog weather forecast on Thursday.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

🚶‍♀️PEACEFUL WALKING MEDITATION - a meditation you do while walking up the mountain. For that occasion I've recorded a free meditation that will premiere on Wednesday on Youtube for free :D

🧘‍♀️YIN YOGA - an easy and gentle Yoga practice where you hold poses for a couple of minutes, that promote deep relaxation and inner peace. And also to lower the body temperature!

🌅SUNSET ON BELVEDERE - admire the beaty of the view on Downtown Montreal with a photo together :D

We’ll meet at Monument Sir George-Étienne Cartier at 6:00 PM, hike up the mountain, flow through a 20-minute Yin Yoga session by Beaver Lake (Lac aux Castors), then unwind at the Kondiaronk Belvedere to watch the sunset over Montreal.

✨ What to Bring:

Yoga mat or towel
Water + snacks
Comfortable hiking shoes (sneakers are the best!)
Phone + headphones
Layers (if it gets breezy!)
An open mind and good vibes

This event is open to all, with a suggested donation of $10–20 to support your instructor. Pay what feels good! (Cash or e-transfer accepted.)

📍 Meeting Spot:
Monument Sir George-Étienne Cartier (at the base of Mont Royal, near Park Ave). Look for the orange yoga mat!
