Last Yoga + Picnic in the Park /donation based class/

Join me for the last "Yoga in the Park" session on Saturday, September 20th at 12 PM (noon) in Parc La Fontaine, followed by a picnic to meet new friends or just to socialize with people.

Meet other beautiful should, make friends, or do some networking in a cosy and relaxing environment of the park!

Meeting Point: The bridge over the pond (in the heart of the park)

Class Style: Gentle Hatha Vinyasa Flow (all levels welcome, even total beginners!)

Weather Policy: If it rains, the session will be cancelled—and moved for Sunday, or a week after is Sunday's weather forecast is bad as well.

What to Bring: comfortable clothes, yoga mat, water, and a smile!

And for picnic: snacks of your choice that we can all share!

PRICE: donation based (Grateful for $5-15 to support these sessions, but everyone is welcome regardless)
