Gentle Yoga is my original blend of Hatha Yoga with Restorative poses, Yin and meditation is what you need to regenerate and restore your nervous system and recharge after a busy day.

The practice is slow, focused on the gentle flow of movement, joint alignment, and spine health. It also helps to: reduce stress, maintain better focus and improve sleep.

Moreover during or after the practice you can cuddle with my 2 resident cats - who love to meet new friends.

The class takes place in LOFT in Mile End. Registration obligatory as it's a boutique studio with capacity of 7 students only!

Le Yoga Doux est ma propre fusion de Hatha Yoga, de postures Restoratives, de Yin et de méditation – exactement ce dont vous avez besoin pour régénérer votre système nerveux et vous ressourcer après une journée chargée.

La pratique est lente, axée sur des mouvements en douceur, l’alignement des articulations et la santé de la colonne vertébrale.

Elle aide également à :

De plus, pendant ou après le cours, vous pourrez câliner mes 2 chats résidents – qui adorent se faire de nouveaux amis !
