About us

### Science • Psychology • Symbolism • Nature • Practical Healing

Curious people have always gathered to learn, ask questions, share stories, and better understand themselves and the world around them. The HealTree Community Learning Circle continues that tradition through a year-round series of engaging classes that explore the fascinating intersection of science, psychology, health, nature, symbolism, mythology, and the world's wisdom traditions.

Each month features a different topic, ranging from stress and the nervous system to herbal medicine, breathwork, longevity, sacred traditions, mythology, nutrition, consciousness, and the Human Operating System. Every class combines practical education, meaningful discussion, historical and cultural perspectives, and experiential learning designed to make complex ideas approachable, engaging, and useful in everyday life.

Whether you're interested in improving your health, understanding stress, exploring ancient traditions, deepening your spiritual life, or simply learning something new alongside thoughtful and curious people, you'll find a welcoming community where questions are encouraged and learning is shared.

Each class stands on its own, so you're welcome to attend individual topics that interest you most, or join us throughout the year as the series unfolds. Together, these workshops create a rich journey through the many ways human beings have sought healing, resilience, meaning, and connection across cultures and throughout history.

Come as you are. Bring your curiosity. Leave with practical tools, fresh perspectives, and a deeper appreciation for the remarkable ways we grow, heal, and thrive—together.Click Here to See Events Calendar

    ### Seminar Series, Season 1

    ### Second Saturdays

    ### Psychedelics, Neuroplasticity and the Art of Creating Experiences That Lead to Lasting Change

Interest in plant medicine, psychedelics, microdosing and alternative approaches to mental and emotional healing has grown rapidly. Yet meaningful transformation depends on much more than a substance or a single experience. The quality of the ceremonial container, the preparation of the participant, the experience of the practitioner and the support available afterward can profoundly influence the process.
In this two-hour educational mini-masterclass, Dr. Courtni Hale will explore the history, research, cultural context and emerging science surrounding plant medicine and psychedelic experiences.

Topics will include microdosing, ayahuasca, sacred ceremony, neuroplasticity, nervous-system regulation, the role of the ceremonial leader, and the importance of preparation and integration.
Participants will gain a more grounded understanding of how non-ordinary states may affect the brain, body and psyche, as well as why some experiences result in meaningful change while others become confusing, overwhelming or quickly forgotten.

Each class will conclude with a gentle immersive sound journey designed to demonstrate how music, rhythm and intentional sensory environments can support altered states without the use of substances.
