A 60-Minute Gathering for Healers Ready to Build from a Grounded Foundation

Every great healing practice begins with one thing: safety in your own body.

This week, we begin at the Root — the foundation of everything. "I Am Safe to Begin."

If you're a healer, practitioner, or someone feeling the call to this work, this is your space to slow down, come home to yourself, and remember why you started. Together we'll explore the Root Chakra not just as a concept — but as the felt foundation your healing and your practice are built upon.

In our 60 minutes together, you'll experience:
A grounding teaching on the Root Chakra — how it quietly shapes your sense of safety, belonging, and worth, and how it's been influencing your practice more than you may realize.
The light and shadow of the Root — where fear, undercharging, and playing small come from, and what becomes possible when this energy heals.

A reflective journal moment — one deep question to reveal what your Root is asking you to heal, in yourself and in your work.
And we'll close with a guided meditation created just for healers — a grounding journey to release what was never yours to carry, reconnect with your foundation, and step forward from security instead of survival.
