Join me for a Blue Mind and ceremony inspired healing circle focused on self love, re-connecting to yourself nature and your confidence and power. We will step into community and healing empowered and held in the nurturing sounds and sensations at the beach.
In this meetup, we will explore various facets of getting into our bodies and senses to deal with the tough emotions that we encounter through the trials and tribulations of life. Over time when we don't care for ourselves as we should our inner light begins to dim. We may feel less energetic, less excited about life and even melancholy.
Whether you're bored, burned out from work, or overextended in taking care of others, this ocean adjacent session will help you to ignite your inner flame to reconnect to what is important to you so you can feel fizzy again and contribute from a more full, healthier place.
This is an in person tribal-like circle healing for women - almost like ceremony, that will help release bottled up emotion, elevate your mood and improve your sense of well-being as well as let you know you are not alone in your experience. Our experience is rooted in the trauma informed, clinically proven Groundswell Community Surf Therapy Model.
Gathering by the sea enhances wellness through a visceral experience that brings in neuroscience of Blue Mind while embracing spirituality to create a balanced and fulfilling experience.
I'm Lenora Lostaunau, owner and practitioner at Self Luv Holistic Coaching. I an avid surfer and Certified Surf Therapy Practitioner. I will guide the group through a variety of processes to get out of your head and into your body to unlock and release pain and promote a sense of support, and well-being while fostering an environment of shared experience and community with a body of like minded, compassionate women who are also seeking to illuminate their inner light.
Why gather by the ocean? Being on water has been scientifically ( and of course anecdotally) proven to super-charge healing and wellness:
- Relaxation Response: Exposure to water, whether it's the sound of waves or being near a body of water, triggers a relaxation response in the brain, promoting feelings of calmness and reduced stress.
- Stress Reduction: Water environments have been linked to lower stress levels and improved overall well-being. The sight and sound of water can induce a meditative state, reducing the production of stress hormones.

If you will called to the water you may want to put your feet in or even plunge but no surfing or water energy is expected or required at this event. Please be sure to dress in layers as the temperature on the water can change quickly and be much cooler that other parts of the county.
