Welcome friends,
If you are reading this, it is because you care about the health and wellbeing of your life. For that I honor and congratulate you. This group is designed to offer you the opportunity to be part of a community. A community who consciously chose to love, honor and respect themselves, their neighbor, the community at large and mother earth as well as our universal creator.
We welcome anyone regardless of where they are in their journey in life. Whether you are a 20 year veteran or just starting to take an interest in living a healthier lifestyle, this group will provide the opportunities to do so.
It is my sincere hope that this group will serve to enrich the lives of the members of our community through a sharing of ideas and experiences in an effort to support and educate each other (and maybe have some fun along the way) on how to live a holistic lifestyle on LI.

Baby Boomers, seniors, and those a bit younger – get ready for the 16th annual Over 50 Fair! It’s a fabulous blend of an activities and lifestyle expo, a health and wellness fair, and a conference, all rolled into one.
Mark your calendars for Sunday, September 14 from 10am to 4:30pm at the Huntington Hilton/Long Island, 598 Broadhollow Road in Melville.
Hundreds of Long Islanders will enjoy 80+ exhibitors showcasing health and wellness, finances, legal expertise, education, and products plus some delightful surprises! Get your hearing checked. Enjoy a 10-minute chair massage or stretch.
Over 20 classes will educate and entertain, including classes on trusts and how to stay healthy naturally. Enjoy a dance performance and a comedy show.
Meet bestselling author Ellen Meister who will be speakign about her new book, Joyride.
Mingle in our singles lounge! Maybe you will meet someone special.
There will be a live acoustic music showcase with several performances, playing music from the 60’s to today.
