Traditional martial arts with a modern twist. We are beginner friendly. Learn self defense techniques, improve your health, gain physical strength and flexibility. A 1-hour class of cardio-kickboxing, self-defense drills, pad-work, calisthenics, stretching, and forms. Our school is equipped with mats, punching bags, weights, striking pads, jump rope, and more.
