TIME: 8:00am, 1 hour
COST: $15.00; 12yrs and under $10.00
LOCATION: In The Sand, Between Lifeguard Chairs 3 & 4
PARK: Employee Lot (across St. from Beach, opens 7:45am) Free For Duration Of Class Only
We Must Leave Employee Lot By 9:30am
If you plan on walking or swimming after class, there is lots of free street parking available at 7:45am

When to start? Anytime. There are no registrations or sign ups, just come whenever it is convenient for you.

Dress comfortable, shorts and T-shirt are best. Shirts are required in all classes. Eat light before class & always Drink plenty of water.
