Join me for a virtual mindfulness meditation practice.
Mindfulness helps cultivate awareness and peaceful presence. These sessions are open to anyone, of all experience levels (novice to advanced).
We will start by reviewing the key concepts related to this meditation and then have an opportunity to practice together. (15 - 20 minutes)
There will be a chance for participants to provide feedback after the practice and further discussion is encouraged to help integrate the experience. (10 - 15 minutes)
