This class is led by a CSNN Edmonton instructor, Dacia Mead C.H.N.C., Pn1. During this 1 hour class, she'll give some simple facts on nutrition and dietary habits. She'll also give insight into holistic eating, simple ingredient swap ideas, and how to achieve improved health in your daily life without the overwhelm.
